* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

*Custom and print-on-demand products may require additional processing time (3–7 business days) before shipment.

* During high-demand periods or unexpected delays, customers will be notified by email.

Our team verifies each order to ensure accuracy, quality control, and fraud prevention before it is dispatched.

We work with trusted global shipping partners, including Aramex, DHL, and UPS, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

3. Shipping Fees

* Standard shipping: Free on all orders, including international shipments.

* Any additional priority or express delivery options will be displayed at checkout when available.

* Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

4. Packaging & Quality Verification

To guarantee quality and authenticity:

* All products undergo inspection and packaging checks prior to dispatch.

* Certain items, including custom or branded goods, may first be shipped to our verification center before being sent to the customer.

* Products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
SHOP 24th is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

* Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

* Failed delivery attempts

* Customs delays or fees

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, it can be reshipped once the new shipping fee is paid.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If your order is marked as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to arrange redelivery or update your address.
If no response is received within a reasonable time, the order may be canceled and refunded (minus shipping costs, if applicable).

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

* International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees as determined by local laws.

* These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

* For some regions, we offer DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping, where taxes and duties are calculated at checkout — meaning no surprise fees on delivery.

* Customs fees are non-refundable, even in the case of a return.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

* Hotels or restaurants

* Retail stores

* Freight forwarding addresses

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once confirmed, we cannot modify:

* Delivery address

* Shipping method

* Product details (size, color, quantity)
