1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
* The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
* The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
* Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
* Custom or personalized print-on-demand products (unless defective or damaged).
* Items marked as final sale or clearance.
* Digital or downloadable goods.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

* Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization with shipping instructions.
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note:
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
* We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
3. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of Shop24 error or defective products.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
* Your order number
* A brief description of the issue
* Clear photos of the product
We will review the case and offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. Once production or shipment begins, the order cannot be canceled.
